I began my journey with Brown Egg Bakery 14 years ago, after making the hard decision to wrap up a successful 23 year restaurant career.
I’ve always been an artist, and my strong suits are: abstract, modernism, texture, sculpture, and a surrealistic approach to realism.
I absolutely love creating showpiece wedding cakes that lean into elegantly romantic with loads and loads of flowers, too!
Brown Egg sources the finest, top shelf ingredients to create our signature baked goods. Everything is intentionally created, resulting in rich and complex, layered flavors.
In my downtime, you can find me with my dog, Bento, spending time with my family, friends, working out, or planning my next adventure! My biggest joy in life is being an aunt to my three nephews, cooking, and anything art related

I’m the Operations Manager for Brown Egg!
With an extensive background in office management, as well as a long career in hospitality; I bring my love for planning, knack for organization, and creative talent to the Brown Egg team through my personal business, Well Done Virtual Assisting!
When I’m not in the office, I love hanging with my two favorite guys, my husband, Chris, and our new baby, Everett!
I love cooking, reading, drinking wine, and of course, eating cakes and pies!
